Reason of data processing

We collect personal data in the form of IP-addresses, stored in weblogs for the reason of IT security.

Legal basis of data processing

We process users' data only when it is in the customer's legitimate interest for us to do so in accordance with Art. 6, (1) lit. b GDPR.

Storage period

Weblogs have a maximum 14 days of storages.

Cookies

We do not use any cookies.

Webhosting

For webhosting we use the service of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, D-91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland (Hetzer-Online). We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Hetzner Online.

Server log files

Whenever you visit our websites, we automatically store certain data. This includes your IP address, type and version of the browser you use, time, date, website from which you come to our site. Your IP address is saved anonymized. You can then no longer be identified. The legal basis for this data process is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

What rights do I have as the Data Subject?

You have the

  • Right to receive information: You can receive information from us about the data that we are storing in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR.
  • Right to rectification: On your request, we will rectify your data that we store in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR if they are inapplicable or incorrect.
  • Right to deletion: If you would like, we will delete your data according to the principles of Art. 17 GDPR.
  • Right to restriction of processing: In consideration of the requirements of Art. 18 GDPR, you can ask us to restrict the processing of your data.
  • Right to data portability: You also have the right to receive your data in accordance with the provisions of Art. 20 GDPR in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to send these data to third parties.
  • Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with any competent data privacy supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). However, we recommend that you always forward a complaint to us, so that we can process your issue as quickly as possible.
